USS Co., Ltd. · Year ended March 2026 (FY2025)
Bulk-seller rebates and a higher terminal buyer fee at USS.
USS operates member-only used-car auctions where vehicle businesses buy and sell cars. In April 2025, it raised the buyer fee for USS JAPAN, its dedicated-terminal service for joining auctions remotely. Results for the year ended March 2026 show lower average fees on the selling side. Following the tariff and the realized averages reveals the different terms connecting sellers and buyers in one auction.

THE VIEW AFTER THE NUMBERS
What the numbers suggest
USS provides different services and charges for the selling and buying sides of an auction. In the year ended March 2026, a dedicated-terminal buyer-fee increase sat alongside lower average seller fees reflecting large-consignor rebates.
Entries and completed transactions grew within a membership system connecting venue and remote access. So did the costs of moving those cars and operating the venues. Read together, the tariffs, participating members and physical handling work explain the structure behind USS’s auction-fee revenue.
