PARK24 CO., LTD. · Year ended October 2025

Times CAR has a parking cost: PARK24’s two connected operations.

For the year ended October 2025 (November 1, 2024–October 31, 2025), start with a car waiting in a PARK24 parking space. A car offered for hire needs somewhere to stand. The ¥6,127 million of Times CAR parking costs (intragroup transactions) in the accounts exposes a connection between operating the place and operating the vehicle.

THE VIEW AFTER THE NUMBERS

What the numbers suggest

PARK24 connects securing and operating places to park with putting cars there and getting people to use them.

Small idle plots, visitor parking at facilities and sites managed for owners involve different relationships. Development and contract termination continue alongside daily operations. On the vehicle side, adding cars also requires resources for acquiring members and encouraging use.

The ¥6,127 million of FY2025 Times CAR parking costs (intragroup transactions) makes that connection visible in segment reporting. Look beyond counts of places and cars to the work and costs on both sides. A familiar car park then reveals another role: supporting the service that lends out the car.
