SANKYU moves goods inside factories, takes on parts of the production process, and inspects and maintains equipment. When it handles daily maintenance and planned shutdowns together, the findings from each can inform the next round of work. Engineering operating profit was ¥30.960bn in the year ended March 2026, down 3.3% despite an 8.5% sales increase.
